| Abstract | As a rule, research of new materials on fretting - resistance conducted at fixed pressure and amplitude. In principle, this not demonstrated real behavior of joint at fretting corrosion evolution. The contact surface was loaded through elastic element. By controlling elastic deformation we get dynamics “opening” of joint depending on the original load and slip amplitude. In process of fretting - wear test was study amplitude evolution. We are study fretting-contact ball on flat at small amplitude (2…10 μm) and medium amplitude (50 μm) for flat on flat. Te stages of fretting-damage was define. Four at small amplitude and three at medium amplitude. The defference take place because is slip and stick zone in contact area. This method research of fretting - wear let to use of the new criterion for fretting - resistance materials and mobility of nominal fixed joint at pulsating tangentional load. |
