Description |
A concentration and structural ordering has been revealed in nano-crystalline condensates of ion plasma (W,Ti)C solid solution deposited at 80-560°, using the small-angle X-ray scattering. The activation energy and the coefficient of atomic diffusion mobility in the metallic sublattice have been estimated. A model is proposed to explain the concentration and structural ordering in the ion-plasma condensates of the (W,Ti)C solid solution by influence of the condensation non-equilibrium vacancies.
