The aim of the study was to introduce the online service Kahoot! as a tool for current student’s knowledge control and enhancing motivation for learning. The objectives of the study are to analyze the online service Kahoot!, the formation of questions for the implementation of current control, testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of this online service. The object of the study is the process of organizing control the educational and cognitive activities of students. The subject of the study is the process of organizing the current student’s knowledge control during the study of informatics using the online service Kahoot!. The analysis of Kahoot! online service and the features of its use for the current student’s knowledge control was described. To determine the effectiveness of using the online service Kahoot! we used the method of pedagogical experiment, the results of which prove the positive impact of this tool on the level of students’ knowledge and increase motivation to study. The instrument proposed by us transforms a passive student into a purposeful and motivated participant in the learning process, who thoroughly studies the education material and engages in active brain activity.
Метою дослідження є впровадження онлайн-сервісу Kahoot! як засобу здійснення поточного контролю знань студентів та підвищення мотивації до навчання. Задачами дослідження є аналіз онлайн-сервісу Kahoot!, формування питань для здійснення поточного контролю, проведення тестування та оцінка ефективності використання даного онлайн-сервісу. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації контролю за навчально-пізнавальною діяльністю студентів. Предметом дослідження є процес організації поточного контролю знань студентів при вивченні дисциплін інформатичного циклу з використанням онлайн-сервісу Kahoot!. У роботі здійснено аналіз онлайн-сервісу Kahoot! та описано особливості його використання для здійснення поточного контролю знань студентів. У середовищі Kahoot! створено тести для забезпечення поточного контролю інформатичних дисциплін та описано особливості їх використання в умовах проведення очних занять. Для визначення ефективності використання онлайн-сервісу Kahoot! використано метод педагогічного експерименту, результати якого доводять позитивний вплив цього засобу на рівень засвоєння знань студентів та підвищення мотивації до навчання. Запропонований засіб перетворює пасивного студента, який сприймає навчальний матеріал на поверхневому рівні, на цілеспрямованого та мотивованого учасника навчального процесу, який глибоко вивчає матеріал та здійснює активну розумову діяльність. |
