У статті наведено методичний інструментарій щодо оцінки інфраструктури підтримки інноваційного підприємництва. Встановлено, що в сучасних умовах переважаючою формою економіки є інноваційна, в якій відбувається предметне застосування новацій та винаходів. Визначальна роль у цих процесах пов’язується із підприємцем-новатором, діяльність якого породжує поняття інноваційного підприємництва – специфічного явища суспільства знань. Визначено, що ефективний розвиток інноваційного підприємництва можливий за умов належного управління ризиками, що значною мірою залежить і від сформованості інфраструктури підтримки, оскільки остання дає можливість диверсифікувати та розподілити ризики, забезпечує горизонтальні і вертикальні зв’язки між суб’єктами інноваційного процесу. Запропоновано оцінку інфраструктури підтримки інноваційного підприємництва проводити на мікро-, мезо- та макрорівнях за підсистемами інфраструктури (фінансова, виробничо-технологічна, інформаційно-консультаційна, кадрова) на основі визначених критеріїв. Визначено, що сприяння розвитку інфраструктури підтримки інноваційного підприємництва має бути одним з основних питань інноваційної політики на державному й регіональному рівнях. The article presents methodical instruments of assessment of infrastructure support of innovative entrepreneurship. It is established that in modern conditions the predominant form of economy is innovation, which is a substantive application of innovations and inventions. The decisive role in these processes is associated with the entrepreneur-innovator, the activity of which gives rise to the concept of innovative entrepreneurship is a specific phenomenon of the knowledge society. Identified that the effective development of innovative entrepreneurship is possible with the proper risk management that largely depends on the completeness of infrastructure support because the latter gives the possibility to diversify and spread risks, provide horizontal and vertical linkages among actors of the innovation process. The proposed support infrastructure for innovative entrepreneurship to carry out on micro, meso and macro levels for the subsystems infrastructure (financial, industrial-technological, information consulting, personnel) based on specific criteria. Determined that promoting the development of infrastructure support of innovative entrepreneurship should be one of the main issues of innovation policy at national and regional levels. |
