Обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми пошуку інноваційних підходів до підготовки фахівців з «Обліку і аудиту», яке б забезпечувало досягнення сучасного рівня їх знань з одночасним забезпеченням якості освітнього процесу. Тому збільшився перелік вимог до рівня спеціальних знань і вмінь, а отже, й професійної компетентності студентів облікової спеціальності.
The urgency of the problem of finding innovative approaches to the training of specialists in "Accounting and audit", which would ensure the achievement of modern level of knowledge while ensuring the quality of the educational process. Therefore, increased requirements to the level of special knowledge and skills, and consequently, professional competence of students of accounting profession. Due to the increase of the role and importance of an accountant in a market economy comes to the fore the quality of its training. The main results of the cooperation of the Department of accounting and auditing with potential employers of the city and region are: to increase social protection of young professionals in the labor market, satisfaction of needs in personnel with higher education associations developed with the help of organizational-methodological and socio-economic approaches. |
