У статті розглянуто та узагальнено наукові погляди на сутність виробничо-господарської діяльності, проаналізовано специфіку роботи сільськогосподарських підприємств, розкрито механізми управління виробничо-господарською діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств. Досліджено особливості сільськогосподарського виробництва, які впливають на процес господарської діяльності суб’єктів господарювання. Визначено роль та місце правового регулювання в системі виробничо -господарської діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обґрунтовано загальні принципи господарювання в аграрному секторі економіки. Розкрито та узагальнено види фінансових правовідносин сільськогосподарських підприємств. Надано характеристику принципам фінансово-кредитних відносин у сільському господарстві. Висвітлено рівні нормативного забезпечення виробничо-господарської діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Вказано джерела формування фінансових ресурсів суб'єктів господарювання. Наведено основні нормативно -правові документи, які регулюють фінансово-господарську діяльність суб’єктів аграрного сектору. Виокремлено основні чинники правового регулювання господарської діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Узагальнено, що виробничо-господарська діяльність суб’єктів аграрного сектору економіки має чітко виражений зональний характер і розвинуту галузеву спеціалізацію. Доведено, що правове регулювання виробничо-господарських відносин значною мірою обумовлюється законодавчими актами, наказами та нормативно-правовими актами, котрі у свою чергу безпосередньо регламентують діяльність підприємства. A feature of the economic activity of the agrarian sector is that agricultural production is based on the use of land as the main means of production. As a result, there is a formation of special forms of organization and production in the agrarian sector of economy, as well as the appropriate legal regulation of economic activity. Purpose. The purpose of this work is to consider issues of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises, acquaintance with the principles of financial and credit relations in agriculture, the definition of the role and place of legal regulation in the system of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises, the identification o f the main factors of legal regulation of economic activity of the agrarian sector. Results. The urgency of the financial and economic research of the production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises is due to many circumstances, the main of which are: intensive formation of a market environment, increased competition between producers of agricultural products, development of the agricultural sector, effective adaptation of agricultural enterprises to constant changes in the environment and due attention from the state. At the present stage, the functioning of agricultural enterprises is becoming increasingly necessary as a strategic vision of the way of development, ensuring sustainable economic growth in the long run. At the forefront are the strategic aspects of activity. The economic activity of agricultural enterprises is the activity of the subjects of agrarian economy in the field of social production, aimed at the production and implementation of the introduction, execution of works or the provision of value-priced services that have price accuracy. The totality of all economic relations consists of industrial-economic, organizational-economic and internaleconomic relations. Consequently, the production and economic activity of the subjects of the agrarian sector of economy has a pronounced zonal character and developed branch specialization. In agriculture it is the differentiation of areas of production and economic activity of subjects of agrarian economy depending on their territorial location and division of the industry into separate types of production. Legal regulation of industrial and economic relations is largely conditioned by legislative acts, orders and regulations, which in turn directly regulate the activities of the enterprise, coordinate the financial relations of economic entities and form a clear structure of the activities of the agricultural enterprise. |
