Викладено теоретико-методологічне значення категорії «економічна ментальність» для аналізу стану сучасних національних ринкових відносин. Розкрито структуру економічної ментальності, характерну будь-якій етнічній спільноті сучасної ринкової економіки.
The attempt to state theoretical-methodological of the «economic mentality» category for the analysis or the modern national market relations is shown in the article. The structure of economic mentality, which is typical to any ethnic community of the modern market economic relations is analysed. The author interpritates the thesis of historical unstability of the economic mentality contents. The fact of enterprise as an axiom of the manifestation of the social-lafour human activity is one of the meaningful characteristics of the economic mentality. Economic mentality of the ethnic community is typical not only for market relations but for other historical ways of management in particular. The dichotomy «individualism-collectivism» is proved to be an element of economic mentality and not only its. The capital is the core of the economic mentality, the concentrated type of which is its monetary equivalent. That is why, in fact, managment is orientated for the achievement of the highest possible advantage. This is money that testify the axiological agpect of the real economic mentality, which formes its specific structural elements of the proper ethnic community consciousness. The understanding of its own degree of the enterprise freedom is the element of economic consciousness as the proper superstructure of the economic mentality functioning. As the economic mentality is subject to «owner-employer» relations, it is full of hidden conflict of their interests. |
