У статті описується зміст та структура найважливіших, з точки зору автора, ключових компетентностей керівників коледжу, майстерність яких забезпечує високу ефективність управління та позитивний вплив на його конкурентоспроможність. Найважливішими ключовими компетентостями керівників коледжу є: вміння визначати цілі та цінності коледжу; здатність до ефективної внутрішньої та зовнішньої комунікації; вміння проводити відбір та призначення викладачів та інших працівників на роботу та використовувати їх сильні сторони; вміння використовувати інформаційні та комунікаційні технології; вміння творчо вирішувати проблеми; здатність оптимізувати час, необхідний всім співробітникам. У статті розглянуто важливі питання корпоративного управління, які за допомогою державних ресурсів сформували основні професійні компетенції, сприятливі для українського коледжу та як ви можете змінити ситуацію на краще. Формування та розвиток ключових компетенцій менеджерів коледжів здійснюється Державним вищим навчальним закладом «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН України - Всеукраїнського навчально-науково-методичного центру галузі післядипломної освіти, де керівники коледжів набувають систему універсальних знань, навичок, розвивають особистісні та лідерські якості, знайомляться з кращим досвідом лідерів світового та вітчизняного досвіду управління. У статті розглядаються лише окремі теоретичні положення. Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень цієї проблеми автор вбачає у розробці та експериментальній перевірці моделі та технології формування ключових компетентностей керівників коледжів.
The article describes the content and structure of the most important in terms of the author's key competencies college leaders, the mastery of which provide high efficiency management colleges and positive impact on its competitiveness. The most important key competences by the college leaders include: ability to define goals and values of the College; capacity for effective internal and external communications; ability to carry out the selection and appointment of teachers and other staff to work and use their strengths; the ability to use information and communication technologies; ability to creatively solve problems; ability to optimize the time required of all employees. The article raises an important corporate governance issues that, with the help of public resources, formed core professional competencies, as favorable for Ukrainian college and how you can change the situation for the better. The formation and development of key competencies of managers colleges carried out by the State higher educational institution «University Education Management» NAPS of Ukraine - Ukrainian educational and scientific-methodical center of the field of postgraduate education, where a complete system of universal knowledge, skills, personality and leadership qualities is familiar with the best examples of leaders of world and domestic management experience. The article deals with only some theoretical propositions. Prospects for further scientific studies of this problem author sees in the development and experimental verification of the model and technology management formation key competencies of managers colleges. |
