У статті обґрунтовується зміст навчальної дисципліни «Компаративістика у сфері освіти», яка є теоретичною і світоглядною основою професійної підготовки магістрантів до професійно-педагогічної та управлінської діяльності; показано, що головна увага під час вивчення дисципліни приділяється аналізу позитивних й негативних наслідків зарубіжного освітянського досвіду, що дає можливість глибше осмислити вітчизняні проблеми у сфері освіти, попередити помилки й прорахунки, підвищити ефективність використання світового досвіду в освітній галузі.
In the article it is grounded the content of the course «Comparative Studies in the Education Sphere», which is the theoretical and ideological basis for professional training of the graduate students to the pedagogic and management activities; it is demonstrated, that the main focus during the study of the course is paid to the analysis of the positive and negative effects of the foreign educational experience, it enables to understand the domestic problems in education deeper, to prevent mistakes and miscalculations, to use the international experience in education more efficient. Recognizing education as the means of ensuring national security, creation human capital, as condition for the effective social and economic development of the country and welfare of its population, the international community pays considerable attention to the search of the effective models of education and consolidation of the efforts in the solving of the problem of quality education at all levels. Solving of these problems is largely associated with the development of pedagogic comparative studies. The evidence of this is the fact that the most influential international organizations such as UNESCO and OECD have departments that generalize and maintain comparative researches, have printed issues, which highlight their results. |
