Запропонована модель визначення поняття компетентності. Пропонована модель дозволяє кількісно розрахувати рівень компетентності у вигляді відсотка від ідеальної. Також ця модель чітко показує резерви підвищення рівня компетентності і шляхи її формування. Згортання окремих блоків роботи у вигляді автономних функцій дозволяє конструювати опис складних компетентностей на базі більш простих. А також робити відповідну оцінку їх рівня сформованості. Відкривається можливість ефективного і досить простого оцінювання рівня компетентності методом тестування по окремих точках алгоритмів та детального порівняння компетентностей різних виконавців.
A model for defining the concept of competence is proposed. The proposed model allows to quantify the level of competence in the form of a percentage of the ideal. Also, this model clearly shows the reserves of raising the level of competence and ways of its formation. Collapse of separate blocks of work in the form of autonomous functions allows us to construct a description of complex competencies based on simpler ones. And also make an appropriate assessment of their level of formation. Opens an opportunity for an effective and fairly simple assessment of the level of competence by testing the individual points of the algorithms and a detailed comparison of the competencies of different performers. |
