The article is devoted to defining the factors influencing the characteristics of making intellectual assets to the authorized capital of the company. Consider the benefits of the scheme of project financing for innovative projects under the transfer of intellectual assets. Defined stages of which shall consist registration transfer of intellectual property in making the charter capital of the legal entity results of creative activity or means of individualization.
Стаття присвячена визначенню факторів що впливають на формування особливостей внесення інтелектуальних активів до статутного капіталу підприємства. Розглянуто переваги застосування схеми проектного фінансування для реалізації інноваційних проектів в рамках трансферу інтелектуальних активів. Визначено з яких етапів повинно складатись оформлення передачі права на об'єкт інтелектуальної власності при внесенні до статутного капіталу юридичної особи результату творчої діяльності або засоби індивідуалізації. |
