У статті проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні та методичні підвалини проблеми педагогічних технологій у неперервній професійній освіті; сучасні вимоги до системи освіти і професійної діяльності вчителя, сутність педагогічних технологій, особливості їх застосування в педагогічному процесі, проблеми щодо розробки і впровадження педагогічних технологій у контексті гуманістичної парадигми освіти.
The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of pedagogical technologies in continuous vocational education; modern requirements to the system of education and professional activity of the teacher, the essence of pedagogical technologies, especially their application in the pedagogical process, problems with the development and implementation of pedagogical technologies in the context of the humanistic paradigm of education. |
