Розбудова в Україні інформаційного суспільства актуалізує необхідність переосмислення вітчизняною педагогічною наукою сутності, змісту й завдань освіти та приведення їх у відповідність до нових умов функціонування цього соціального інституту у глобалізованому та інформатизованому освітньому просторі. Інформаційне суспільство несе нові виклики освітнім практикам, що полягають: у здійсненні освітньої діяльності без педагога, за принципом «тільки ти і комп’ютер»; у перетворенні особистості на комуніканта чи реципієнта і уявлення його з нових онтологічних позицій; у заміні традиційних закладів освіти на відкриті віртуальні, навчання в яких буде ґрунтуватися на хмарних сервісах і смарт-технологіях тощо. Перебудова системи освіти України відповідно до цих викликів сприятиме перетворенню її на стратегічний ресурс розбудови нашої держави, здобуття нею гідного місця в європейському освітньому просторі. The upgrading of the information society in Ukraine highlights the need to rethink the nature, content and tasks of education in the Ukrainian educational science and bring them into line with the new conditions for the functioning of this social institution in a globalized and informative educational space. The information society carries new challenges for educational practices, which are: in the pursuit of educational activity without a teacher, on the principle of «only you and the computer»; in the transformation of personality into communicant or recipient, and representing it from new ontological positions; in replacing traditional educational institutions with open virtual learning, which will be based on cloud services and smart technologies, etc. The restructuring of the education system of Ukraine in accordance with these challenges will contribute to transforming it into a strategic resource for the development of our state, gaining a worthy place in the European educational space. |
