У статті досліджено сутність аутсорсингової бізнес-моделі підприємства. Визначено основні напрями формування цінності підприємства через призму аутсорсингової бізнес-моделі. Проведено порівняльну діагностику використання аутсорсингових бізнес-моделей у різних країнах. Запропоновано ключові напрями ефективного розвитку аутсорсингової моделі бізнесу в Україні.
This article explores the essence of outsourcing business model of the company. The main directions of forming values of the company through the prism of outsourcing business model were determined. The comparative diagnostic of the performance using outsourcing business models in different countries was carried out. The key areas for effective development of the outsourcing business model in Ukraine were offered in order to improve effectiveness of domestic companies in the modern conditions of functioning. Proved that the outsourcing business model facilitated to obtaining access to resources or new technologies that were absent or insufficient in the enterprise, as well as minimum levels of responsibility and risk for the implementation of the specific functions. |
