The article analyzes composition of participants of economic legal proceedings to resolve а commercial dispute. The classification of participants based on interest in the results of resolving а commercial dispute was offered. Procedural status of each participant in the economic process was described. The author substantiates the positive aspect of simplified structure of participants of economic justice proceedings, determined completeness of legal status of each participant in the current economic procedural law and the ways to improve them. The peculiarities of participants' status on the stages of judicial review was analyzed. lt was proved accordance of rights of participants in proceedings to goals and objectives of the respective stage.
