Наукове видання є результатом спільного проведення кафедрою відкритих освітніх систем та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій Центрального інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти ДВНЗ «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН України та лабораторією систем відкритої освіти Українського відкритого університету післядипломної освіти ІІІ Всеукраїнської електронної науково-практичної конференції на тему «Відкрита та дистанційна освіта: від теорії до практики». Матеріали містять результати досліджень науковців та практиків з проблем: роль відкритості у сприянні освітнім інноваціям та трансформації системи освіти в умовах реформи Нової української школи; застосування ІКТ в освітньому процесі закладів освіти; новітні небезпеки в Інтернет-просторі; дидактика дистанційного курсу; досвід впровадження інноваційних форм, інтерактивних технологій, сучасних систем управління освітніми ресурсами в освітній діяльності закладів освіти; інформаційна безпека цифрового суспільства; практика застосування хмаро орієнтованого освітнього середовища при змішаному навчанні, а також результати експериментальної діяльності науково-дослідної роботи з двох тем: «Теоретичні та методичні основи застосування технологій навчання в системі відкритої післядипломної освіти» (державний реєстраційний номер 0116U004868) та «Теоретичні та методичні основи впровадження технологій змішаного навчання в систему відкритої післядипломної освіти» (державний реєстраційний номер РК №0117U002382). Запропоноване видання буде корисним при організації впровадження принципів відкритої освіти та технологій дистанційного навчання в заклади освіти України, для досліджень магістрантів, аспірантів, докторантів, наукових та педагогічних працівників закладів усіх рівнів освіти. Матеріали збірника подано в авторській редакції. The scientific publication is the result of the joint conducting of the Department of Open Educational Systems and Information and Communication Technologies of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of the "Institute of Management Education" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Laboratory of Open Educational Systems of the Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education of the Third All-Ukrainian Electronic Scientific and Practical Conference "Open and distance education: from theory to practice ". The materials contain the results of research by scientists and practitioners on the problems: the role of openness in promoting educational innovations and the transformation of the education system in the context of the reform of the New Ukrainian School; application of ICT in educational process of educational institutions; the latest dangers in the Internet space; didactics of a distance course; Experience in introducing innovative forms, interactive technologies, modern systems of educational resources management in educational activities of educational institutions; information security of digital society; the practice of using a cloud-based educational environment for mixed learning, as well as the results of experimental work on two topics: "Theoretical and methodological bases for the use of teaching technologies in the system of open postgraduate education" (state registration number 0116U004868) and "Theoretical and methodological foundations of implementation technologies of mixed learning in the system of open postgraduate education "(state registration number RK No. 0117U002382). The proposed publication will be useful in organizing the implementation of the principles of open education and technologies of distance learning in educational institutions of Ukraine, for researches of graduate students, graduate students, doctoral students, scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of all levels of education. The materials of the collection are presented in the author's wording.
