The article represents VET modernisation problem as pre-technological and occupational pre-high education. The aim is to ground innovative changes priority approaches in educational sub-systems aligned with Sustainable Development Strategy “Ukraine-2020”, Copenhagen Declaration, Bruges Communique, Torino Process, etc. The article provides characteristics o f educational trends emphasising technological education for senior high school students modernisation. Modern approaches on personalisation technological education, professional career guidance for schoolers are envisaged. It grounds the necessity fo r structural changes in schools based on cooperation with enterprises, VET schools and HEIs. It emphasises the need to modernize VET in accordance with modern economy and education trends. The increasing рrestige mechanism for working professions and p ro fessional (vocational) education as a whole is revealed. The article defines V E T ’s aim and its organization-pedagogical conditions, namely: VET schools management decentralization; se tting marketing services; im plementing VET education quality monitoring system; multi-source fin a n c in g etc. The specifics for transition to applied training model targeting a perso n ’s needs, national and regional LMs are considered. The attention is drugged to broad use o f dual education within employers’ engagement; setting fle xible training entities for formal, in -formal and non-formal professional education programs realisation. I t specifies the specifics o f creating information-educational environments, inclusive education conditions in VET schools. It emphasises competence-based оccupational, educational and assessment standards development, designing new hi-tech qualifications, creating a New occupations and professions register, including “green” ones. Inter-disciplinary approach for projecting socio-cultural component o f VET content importance is outlined and the need fo r occupational pre-high education modernization is examined.
Стаття описує проблему модернізації ПТО як дотехнологічної та професійної дошкільної освіти. Метою є наповнення інноваційних змін пріоритетними підходами в навчальних підсистемах, узгоджених із Стратегією сталого розвитку "Україна-2020", Копенгагенської декларації, Комюніке Брюгге, Протоколом Турін та ін. В статті представлені характеристики освітніх тенденцій, що підкреслюють технологічну освіту для модернізації студентів старшої школи. Передбачено сучасні підходи щодо персоналізації технологічної освіти, професійної орієнтації для школярів. Це обумовлює необхідність структурних змін в школах на основі співпраці з підприємствами, професійно-технічними навчальними закладами та ВНЗ. Він підкреслює необхідність модернізації ПТО відповідно до сучасних тенденцій в економіці та освіті. Розкрито механізм встановлення робочих професій і професійної (професійної) освіти в цілому. Стаття визначає ціль та його організаційно-педагогічні умови, а саме: децентралізацію управління школами ПТО; надання послуг з маркетингу; імплементація системи моніторингу якості освіти; Багатофункціональний джерело та ін. Особливості переходу на прикладну навчальну модель, орієнтовану на потреби людей, національних та регіональних ММ. Звернена увага на широке використання подвійної освіти за участю роботодавців; створення професійних навчальних закладів для реалізації формальних, формальних та неформальних програм професійної освіти. Визначена специфіка створення інформаційно-освітніх середовищ, умов інклюзивної освіти в ПТНШ. Підкреслена компетентність розробки освітніх, освітніх та оціночних стандартів, розробки нових високотехнологічних кваліфікацій, створення реєстру нових професій та професій, включаючи "зелені". Викладено міждисциплінарний підхід до проектування соціокультурної складової змісту змісту ПТО та розглянуто необхідність модернізації професійної підготовки до вищої освіти. |
