У статті автор розкриває систему роботи практичного психолога у здійсненні психологічного моніторингу професійної компетентності вчителів, їх готовності та спроможності до інноваційної діяльності в рамках дослідно-експериментальної роботи всеукраїнського рівня в гімназії, визначає завдання, інструментарій дослідження, виявляє тенденції у розвитку мотивації самовдосконалення кожного члена педагогічного колективу.
In the article the author reviews the system of the practical psychologist’s work in accomplishment of psychological monitoring of teachers’ professional competence, their readiness and abilities to the innovative activity in the context of the experimental research work of the all-Ukrainian level at Gymnasium, defines tasks and instruments of the research and the tendency in development of the motivation of the teaching staff’s self-culture. |
