Освіта є однією з основних складових людського капіталу та активно впливає на різні аспекти соціального розви-тку суспільства. У статті на основі даних Головного статистичного управління Польщі за 2005–2015 роки отримано ряд економетричних моделей, які підтверджують соціальні та культурні переваги вищої освіти, свідчать про збере-ження її значущості за оцінками населення. Показано, що в умовах економічних криз, демографічних стрибків і зрос-тання безробіття освіта може грати роль соціально-стабілізуючого фактора суспільства.
Образование является одной из основных составляющих человеческого капитала и активно влияет на различные аспекты социального развития общества. В статье на основе данных Главного статистического управления Польши за 2005–2015 годы получен ряд эконометрических моделей, которые подтверждают социальные и культурные преимущества высшего образования, свидетельствуют о cохраняющейся его значимости в оценках населения. Показано, что в условиях экономических кризисов, демографических скачков и роста безработицы образование может играть роль социально-стабилизирующего фактора общества. Education is one of the main components of human capital, that actively influences various aspects of the socio-economic de-velopment of society. In the article was analyzed the literature, showing the intensive growth of the relationship between education, economic progress, unemployment and crime, as well as the average life expectancy of the population. A number of econometric models were obtained based on data from the Main Statistical Office of Poland for 2005–2015. The results confirm the social and cultural advantages of higher education, testify to its continuing importance in the estimation of the population. Thus, an increase in the number of people aged 15-64 with higher education by 1% can lead to an increase in the average life expectancy of the popula-tion by 0.33 years and reduce the number of crimes by 23,249.6 or by 3.8% during the year. At the same time, an increase in the average monthly income per person by 1 zł can lead to an increase in the number of people aged 15-64 with higher education by 0.02%. In the context of economic crises, demographic jumps and rising unemployment, education can play the role of a socio-stabilizing factor. Education helps to reduce the social threat to society from those groups of the population who cannot find a job, giving them the opportunity to learn new professions, retrain or further training. However, a full assessment of the impact of higher education on socio-economic development requires use of a larger number of factors, taking into account the specific features of the development of historical, cultural, socio-economic and political processes in certain regions of the country. |
