В статті акцентується увага на необхідності удосконалення рівня професійноїкомпетентності педагогів як однієї з умов модернізації освітнього процесу в закладах позашкільної освіт. Наголошується, що саме що специфіка закладу позашкільної освіти вимагає від педагогів постійного творчого пошуку, самовдосконалення для компетентного супроводження особистісного зростання інтересу вихованців до навчання улюбленою справою, самореалізації їхніх інтелектуальних і творчих сил.
The article focuses on the need to improve the level of professional competence of teachers as one of the conditions for the modernization of educational process in institutions of out-of-school education. It is emphasized that exactly the specifics of the institution of out-of-school education require teachers of constant creative search, self-improvement for competent support of personal growth of the interest of pupils to study their favorite activity, self-realization of their intellectual and creative forces. |
