У статті стисло характеризуються три складові сучасного стану системи освіти осіб з порушеннями психофізичного розвитку: здобутки, проблеми і шляхи розбудови. Увага акцентується на гальмівних факторах, що стримують ефективність процесу навчання і виховання означеної категорії осіб, пропонуються окремі напрями його оптимізації.
The article briefly describes the three components of the current state of education of persons with impaired mental and physical development: achievements, problems and ways of development. Attention is focused on the inhibitory factors that restrain the efficiency of the process of training and education of the specified category of persons, and suggests some directions for its optimization. |
