Uncertainty in making investment and financial decisions arises both because there are many alternatives that can select an investor, and through him the uncontrollable state of the environment at the time of implementation of the decision. One of the stages of the economic analysis is the study now necessary volume of investment resources, possibly based on the analysis of performance indicators of investment security. Indicative analysis of investment security of the enterprise affect the size of the expectation of the realization of the investment project. It asked to rank performance given set of blocks and for each factor of influence on the state of expectations. Each of the proposed indicators of investment security value awarded, the amount of which, in compliance with established standards Raven 1. This means that the investor as a result of the investment project will receive the whole amount of the expectations. If at least one performance indicators does not meet the proposed standard, the amount of expectations reduced in proportion to the coefficient of influence. Based on the study the technique of reflection of financial and economic condition of the enterprise in terms of the analysis of performance indicators of investment security, in varying degrees, to judge the financial health of the enterprise and the availability of capital for current and future development, and to repay its debts, liabilities and also the possibility of realization of the investment project. |
