The analysis of end mills and in-depth knowledge of the geometric parameters of cutting tools allowed us to determine the advantages and disadvantages of existing structures instrument. Theoretically investigated the influence of geometrical parameters of cutting parts of the blades end mills and cutting conditions on the quality of treatment. To improve the quality of surface finish suggested to use knives bezvershynnoyu radius cutting edge. Recommended rational cutting conditions required to ensure the quality of treatment in the milling of gray cast iron and hardened steel. Calculations of power factors for deep cutting face mills and end mills for single-stage showed that the total circular component of cutting force for multi-cutters smaller than when using single-stage mills face an average of 1.2 times. Generalized parameters stiykisni cutting parts in milling of gray cast iron and hardened steel. Rational values of tilt angles razalnyh cutting edges for milling conditions in the workpiece. Implemented algorithm to calculate the optimal number of steps to set parameters of face cutters cutting depth using package MathCAD. A conical cutting knives used in finishing steps of end mills and cutting deep construction site for their attachment. |
