Modern state of tool manufacturing and mechanical engineering requires researching a new ways of improving operational and technological parameters of machine parts, which will allow improve quality, reduce cost of production and repair. In tool manufacturing and mechanical engineering there is important task of advanced manufacturing processes and technological equipment, cutting and measuring tools developing and double-action clutches designs testing for manufacturability, as they have wide application in many branches of engineering (engines, compressors, reducer, etc.). The aim of this article is parameters justification and a method of broach calculating develops for manufacturing blocking elements of machines drives. The presented design of device for blocking elements of machines drives manufacturing using broaching machine has advantages from existing prototypes. This device has the following advantages: increased productivity and improved product quality. |
