Intensive development of engineering is closely linked to the development of advanced designs of technological equipment. We know that over 60 % of the parts most modern machines and mechanisms are posses threaded holes which are processing cutting tools in detail ferrous metals, their alloys and steels with high flexibility is a very complex technological problem. This is particularly of great importance in the manufacture of accurate threaded holes. Creation of new designs of machine parts with threaded holes with tool materials, improving the design of taps and cutting part geometry optimization, improving the quality of working surfaces, the use of the best established and new types of cooling does not completely solve the issue of high-performance and high-quality manufacturing of internal threads in highly plastic materials. The essence of technology manufacturing machine parts based on the sequential use of different modes of action of technological tools in the processing blanks to provide its given shape, size and the specified accuracy. The widespread use of threaded connections in mechanical engineering due to their simplicity, high load capacity connection and disconnection of parts, the use of various threaded connections also contribute to the presence of a large range of special threaded parts, adaptation to different variants of compounds, their wide standardization and had a cost in terms of mass production.
