The aim of the work is to develop manufacturing technology of screw elements by benching shelves for flexible workpiece using spiral rollers and coiling spiral blanks obtained from a shelf onto frame. This paper shows the design of the device to perform the technological process of a spiral bending shelves workpiece using rollers. As a result of the research, technologyof manufacturing screw elements by bending the tape on shelves using clips and coiling the resulting tape with a shelf onto frame is suggested. During coiling a compression of fiber tape on the inside diameter and tensile fiber tape on the outer diameter of the screw clearing member takes place. Therefore in and around shelves only tensile strain occur, and the vertical part of the workpiece suffers strain compression. It is established that the increase in shelf height and angle of inclination of the screw element bending strength increases. Since the main work surface cleaning element is a screw shelf, for reducing bending moment of the tape cuts must be performed on the vertical part of the tape. |
