To make research aimed at high-quality acoustooptical element production economically justified we study output and labour capacity of processes of mechanical treatment of flat surfaces of optical elements made of thallium tetrathioarsenate single crystals using a specific performance of the technological operation of polishing. In order to achieve the proposed performance, a device was made consisting of a tool and an element holder, the application of which enabled the labour productivity at polishing to be increased by factor of 4. |
