Solution of study objective of behavior of nonlinear systems is an important problem in various fields of science and technology. While designing such class of systems, accurate methods of assessing their behavior are of great need. More complicated task is in the study of non-stationary linear systems. Such systems are used in many industries and very difficult to ensure the immutability of the system parameters when exposed to uncontrollable parametric perturbations. For the solution of problems that occur when designing such systems, powerful engineering methods of behavior of these systems are necessary. On the one hand, that one of the main challenges is to ensure consistency parameters of such systems under the influence of uncontrolled parametric perturbations. On the other hand, the automatic systems should be operable, despite the effect of these disturbances.
Solution of the study of the the joint impact behavior of uncontrolled parametric perturbations and random noise become more complicated. Systems that are able to work under these conditions often constructed in order to self-adjust. The main problem for solving the problem of analysis of unsteady nonlinear systems is the lack of common methods of solution of differential equations describing their dynamics.
Now there are many different methods of solving certain types of relevant equations, but their use in engineering practice are difficult, and mathematical modeling solves most of them.
In connection with mentioned above, the development of methods and tools of mathematical modeling to analyze the behavior of nonlinear systems with variable parameters is the actual problem and has practical importance.
