The structure of the adaptive control system of a milling process on the CNC machine, exercising automatic control of the feedrate through the CNC board. Communication is implemented using specially designed hardware, which on the one hand is connected to a personal computer, and the other to the terminals of the encoder correction submission. To ensure the necessary quality control system introduced in the PID controller, which regulates the proportional, differential and integral laws. Integral control action Results of experimental investigations for determining the parameters of PID controller, which were held on a specially created experimental device are presented. The results of experimental researches on determination of parameters of PID-controller, which was conducted on the specially created stand are presented. System of adaptive control software is developed it is connected with the real CNC-equipment of firm HAAS, and a milling process is presented his model. Possibility is well-proven of automatic control a serve which results in stabilizing of cutting power. The parameters of PID-controller, which provide necessary quality of adjusting, are definite.
