This paper considers the actual issue of flexible manufacturing systems and their components under indefinite events in real time. The structure and characteristics of the system of dynamic control, which is a subsystem of operational management in production systems, are examined. The system of dynamic control is based on timely transport service applications from the production resources. The aim of the study is to develop an approach to the synthesis of dynamic control system model that will most adequately meet the conditions of a flexible production system. The authors determine the composition and sequence of steps synthesis of dynamic management of flexible production systems with a set of decisive classification criteria (type of uncertainty, the approach to redevelopment, redevelopment strategies, policies timing planning method), and the logical model of stepwise synthesis forming a generalized conceptual model. This formalization of the process of dynamic control system synthesis allows to avoid exposure of subjective (human) factors and provides an opportunity to further process automatization. |
