It is considering the ways of solving the problem of the effectiveness of management decisions under uncertainty, based on the formation of the required and sufficient groundwork for development of risk-based internal control system for the company. Determined that the fulfillment of risk control of operational activity is possible based on the definition of the essential characteristics of parametric and quantitative risk assessments. The basis of the solution of the problem was the consideration of the views of the scientists concerning to the risk control as well as their essence. The main characteristics of the risk have been identified whereby the notion ?the commercial risk? now is a proximate. The structure of the risk was substantiated as a complicated object of internal control. It is defined that the risks are not completely new item in the internal control objects system, because the object parameters platforms, where their state creates the risk-contributing factors, are already determined. Undoubtedly, the new objects of internal risk control system is the risk-contributing environmental factors whose inclusion in the list of objects of internal control system will condition the revision of the philosophy of control and specification of its methodology. |
