Article is devoted to consideration of questions of need of the account and an assessment of possible social and ecological impacts of implementation of investment projects of the commercial organizations at a stage of carrying out examination of project documentation. The assessment and the analysis of design decisions is based on the concept of application of a social responsible approach to the investment, assuming among other compensation of negative impacts on social and ecological systems, and also stimulation of responsible investments. As a countervailing measure and leveling of such consequences the mechanism of cross compensation of social-and-ecological damage is offered. Authors the contents and an order of functioning of the mechanism of cross compensation of social-and-ecological damage, advantage of its application at a preinvestment stage and value for flexible system of administration of the investment environment reveals. |
