Current economic situation does not help to set appropriate level of competitiveness of national commodity producer. As a result import increases and this negatively influences GDP and the economy of the state in general. That is why the study of the competitiveness of national commodity producer acquires significant importance. The competitiveness of an enterprise is one of the most important aspects of the market environment. It characterizes the possibility of the enterprise to adjust market conditions, and to take the leading place and to keep it as long as possible. Nowadays the market is full of enterprises producing similar goods. Those enterprises which have the best competitive advantages will survive. The research of methods and ways of raise competitive capacity of goods is urgent. We chose as the test object is the corporate form of business organization as the most stable form. The article presents the characteristics of this form, its possible forms, as well as recommendations for modifications and applications for the economic development of the country. The article is useful for students of Economics, as well as for the development and adjustments of state programs which are aimed at economic development of Ukraine. |
