The essence of pledge in legal and economic spheres has been considered in the article and as the object of Accounting as well. The own definition of the given concept has been suggested. Moreover, it has been put forward a suggestion concerning eliminating the discovered divergence of the regulations of legislative acts that govern pledge namely The Civil code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine ?On Pledge?. |
