The article examines the process of constructing the index regulatory model that makes it possible to combine multiple indexes and get one generalizing the results. This assessment is realized by constructing dynamic regulation, which is formed using ranked number selected economically reasonable parameters, ordered in terms of their growth so that must take into account the relationship and mutual influence on each other indicators that will assess all necessary parties about object research that no single measure can not be determined. To explore the possibilities that offer methodology of forming dynamic regulation, allowed to conclude that this approach is universal instruments comprehensive assessment of the socio-economic efficiency of banking.
