Article deals with auditing in banks of contracts and methodology of e-money circulation. In article systematized of modern requirements for registration of contracts with contractors involved in the circulation of electronic money: with users (owners) of electronic money ? a public contract, with traders ? service contract for operations with electronic money. Study also provides directions contract work auditors who should pay attention to the correct execution of such contracts and compliance with applicable laws calculations of electronic money and Issuing Banks as their main participants. |
