The article presents the results of improving the technology of granite quarries zoning according to rock?s explosion ability through the development of explosion maps of the mining benches. It is shown that a prerequisite for achieving uniform crushing of rock mass due to the differential distribution of explosion energy in array is justification the direction of the lightest split of natural separateness, which is realized by optimal direction of breaking charges with the help of diagrams of explosion with a slowdown. This sequence of operations is provided in their implementation best course of breaking rock. Such requirement is achieved by the choice of special scheme of explosion which provides orientation of the front work in the optimal direction; transfering schemes in nature; calculating the size and geometry of the mesh holes for blasting scheme based on the average radius of the crater crushing; marking the locations of wells on the block of rocks and drilling; recharging wells, installation of networks and explosive blast. The map of explosiveness is the basis for the compiling of the project of the mass explosion. |
