The mathematical model of structure synthesis of the ergatic information and control systems and process of controlled objects authentication is considered in the article. Diversity and a priori uncertainty by type of conflict situation during control by complex objects in a dynamically changing external environment requires the use of situational control principle. In this case, depending on the content and nature of the controlled situation the structural-parametric configuration of control system is created situationally. As the result of research the mathematical model of structure synthesis of ergatic information and control systems using a multi-criteria analysis methods based on the concept of situational control is formed. The article also provides a mathematical model of identification based on self-organization, which has the properties of ordering the creation and evolution of structures: identification objects - a posteriori features. The results of efficiency estimation of proposed approach confirmed the possibility of identification realization on the basis of self-organization. Effective use of the model is possible in high dimensionality tasks.
