The article argued that the problem of human capital should be understood and analyzed in two complementary planes. The first ? the one that characterizes the human capital as an economic asset, which is formed as a result of social, including demographic, investment. The second ? the one that characterizes the phenomenon analyzed from the standpoint of some effect, which can occur only by providing the conditions necessary for the functioning of professional knowledge, skills and work skills in the form of capital. Last defines the basic perspective of the present article. The article analyzes the current state of the economy of Ukraine, are formulated there conclusions on the conditions required to detect the effect of human capital. |
