The transition to an information society in education and science, requires modern intelligent information technologies: educational portals, electronic chair, adaptive systems of distance learning. Therefore, this article describes the main functional tasks and identifies the main principles of construction the system of electronic control of the chair, and also one of its important components ? electronic library, for further development proposals to improve the system management of the chair the university. Electronic library, which operates on the basis of the portal chair of Economic Theory, Marketing and Economic Cybernetics Kirovograd National Technical University creates conditions for students with quality information products, contributes to the quality of education, dissemination and accessibility of educational resources, which ultimately should help to implement the system distance learning. Electronic libraries must make the transition to corporate processing technologies documentary flows and foster in Ukraine single scientific information space |
