The basic data on use of universal cross piece type spindles in polymeric mechanical engineering, in particular in mills, calenders, and also double rotors covered type mixers are resulted. The design procedure of the universal cross piece type spindles on the durability, containing calculations on durability of a plug and cross piece, key connection on a shaft of a reducer and a spline connection on an intermediate shaft of the spindle, and also calculation of durability of bearings on cross piece pins is developed. Also the example of calculations of a spindle is resulted. The specified technique can be used at designing of the equipment for processing of polymers, plastic and rubber mixes. |
