In article examined peculiarities of oscillatory processes in technological manufacturing system (TMS) when face milling. Fluctuations in cutting parameters reduce the accuracy, roughness and waviness of the machined surfaces. Special hazards arising from the loss of stability with respect to TMS and receiving poor quality treatment are self-oscillation. The main condition for the emergence and development of self-oscillation-nonlinearity parameter elastic system of the machine and protsesov occurring during cutting. The article presents a simplified dynamic model of face milling process, which takes into account its non-linearity ? the root cause of self-oscillation. The model developed in the form of a system of equations that describe the fluctuations in the manufacturing system with three degrees of freedom. The influence of individual oscillating circuits TMS resistance system and the parameters of self-oscillating process. The results of the analysis of milling conditions with limited self-oscillations in the TMS. Increasing the amplitude of the torsional oscillations is most appropriate cutter during cutting as compared with the radial and axial vibrations. Torsional vibrations contribute to increasing the stability of the vibration system, providing additional energy dissipation. |
