The article deals with the nature and role of collective investment institutions in the current market conditions. This paper presents an analysis of different approaches to classification of collective investment institutions both foreign and domestic scholars. The comparative characteristics of corporate and mutual funds in Ukraine and identifies their main differences. The work has been studied and analyzed key indicators of collective investment institutions in the financial market of Ukraine and defines their place in the economic system. The main content of the study is the analysis of the main features of collective investment institutions that more fully disclose the nature and its role as part of a financial market. Also, the author provides recommendations for problem solving and improvement of collective investment institutions in Ukraine. |
