In the article unlike the traditional going near the tasks of management the space systems, when the questions of management (orbital and ground) hardwares (functional approach) are probed in a greater measure, the problems of process of space supervisions (processnyy approach) control are formulated and basic directions of their decision are rotined. It is grounded, that processnyy approach is actual for the decision of operative tasks which must be executed quickly or for the limited time at any time year and days in interests defend, safety, warning of technogenic catastrophes, crisis and extraordinary situations. In-process the process of receipt of having a special purpose information in the space systems of supervision and obosnovanna necessity of this process control is presented in the formalized kind. On the basis of the compressed analysis of structure and possibilities of the typical space system and decouplig of process of its functioning (having a special purpose application) the graphic models of process of receipt of having a special purpose information are synthesized, process of looking after surface objects and this process control. |
