The work is aimed at creating a means of identifying sources of excessed emissions, using the Web-service to identify the most significant source of pollutant-based analysis of geographical data and parameters of the emission sources. To solve the problems the method of determining the stationary sources of excess emissions based on fuzzy logic, Java framework Google Web Toolkit and Google Maps is used. |
