A broadband horn antenna belongs to antenna equipment and microwave devices. A broadband horn antenna comprises: a rectangular waveguide section a shorting device a coaxial vibration exciter in the middle of the wide wall of said rectangular waveguide section at a distance of ?b /8 wave length. a pyramedial horn including two long rectangular slots cut through in the middle of its two opposite narrow walls and two rectangular plates symmetrically connected to each said rectangular slot to form grooves which are connected by distance bars. The technical result is broadbandess enlargement by several times. |
