In the article the current state of public control in the sphere of land relations. Revealing that Ukraine municipal and public control are underdeveloped, which reduces the effectiveness of their influence in solving a number of land issues of importance to society. Based on the analysis methods of social control has been identified the need to introduce state-public audit, which will combine the expertise of the control activities of state inspectors and public organizations and will promote the emergence of a new effect in the control of land relations, elimination of contradictions between society and state organs, increase public participation in government. |
