In the article the results of experimental researches of momentary contact temperatures which appear on the end of cubonit grain? cutting edge at fine grinding of friction pieces of new composite materials on the base of utilized and refreshed grinding alloy tool steels? wastes of 7??2???, 4?????? and 11?3??3?2.
It was studied an influence of cubonit composition and cutting parameters for temperatures value. It was shown the type grains material of cubonit composition instrument, graininess of tools and cubonit disc?s material of bond essentially influence to the temperature field (momentary contact temperatures) at fine grinding process. It was demonstrated for formation of high quality parameters of new composites details? working surfaces it is necessary to apply the diamond discs on the base of cubonit (???) with graininess 14?20 ?m on elastic bond. The experiments showed the decrease in 2,0?2,5 times of cubonit disc graininess reduces the momentary contact temperatures value. The minimization of temperature field in processing zone for fine cubonit grinding of new composite alloys on the base of grinding wastes of tool manufacture takes place at use the fine-grain cubonit tools. The highest quality parameters of working contact surfaces of friction pieces from new composites are reached with use the developed parameters of fine finish mechanical processing, such as: speed of cubonit disc Vcub.d. ? 25?35 m/s, speed of piece Vp. ? 0,5?1 m/min, depth of cutting t ? 10?15 ?m, cooling ? 3 % soda emulsion solution.
