In article the results of researches of the efficiency of use of tool equipment with elastic guides, equipped by piezoelectric actuator for nano- and micromovings are resulted. Use of elastic installation of a cutter by means of elastic plates which execute function of elastic guides or joints, ensures possibility of preliminary loading of a package of piezoelectric elements at the expense of a strain of elastic plates of equipment, sufficient level of stiffness of the cutting tool at processing and a necessary range of positioning. Static characteristics of elastic parts of toolholders and necessary forces of a piezoelectric actuator for positioning of the tool which give the chance to establish requirements for designing of piezoelectric actuator for maintenance nano- and micromovings of the cutting tool in the set range are defined. Results of researches are received with use of finite-element method. |
