Experimental grinding of steel samples ShKh15 by intermittent grinding tool showed that the surfaces are of much more homogeneous structure than after processing with solid grinding wheel. Centerless grinding process management by size of tangential cutting force is a promising way to eliminate thermal defects and improve the efficiency of the overall process. Creation of a grinding tool that implements process control principle, can lead to useful and practical results accompanied by a significant economic effect. |
